Connie Louise Morgan of Saginaw passed away Saturday September 30, 2017 after a lengthy illness at the age of 53 years. She was born August 21, 1964 to the late Martin and Dorothy (Chaltraw) Thornton.  She was a graduate of Hemlock High School and attended Delta College.

She shared her life with her companion Michael Bashans of Saginaw who survives her.  She had been employed for many years as a waitress in the Saginaw area.  Connie was a member of the Catholic Faith.  She enjoyed sewing, gardening, traveling up north, visiting light houses, casinos and spending time with her 2 granddaughters and shopping with her daughter.

Surviving are her 4 children; Richard Morgan, Michael Morgan, Robert Morgan, and daughter Adrienne Morgan; 2 granddaughters, Ella-Lee Morgan and Autumn Morgan; Her companion, Michael Bashans; her siblings; Thomas (Grace) Thornton, Glenn Thornton, Mark Marsden, and Todd (Kelly) Marsden.

She was preceded in death by her sister Cindy Gotay on June 22, 2017,

 Funeral Service will take place Sunday at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, Saginaw at 1:30 pm with Pastoral Minister Tori Little Officiating.  Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 11:00 am until time of service.  Private burial will take place on Monday at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
