Russell Heater Jr. of Saginaw passed away unexpectedly on May 26, 2017. He was born in Saginaw to Russell Heater Sr. and Betty Lou Stahl on September 15, 1959. He was a carpenter prior to his retirement.

His memorial service and burial will take place at a later date.
