She was the daughter of the late James and Ceola Cook, Vickie was born September 30, 1953 in Saginaw.  She was a Nail Technician and owned a Beauty Salon for some time and later was a Dental Assistant for Dr. James Braun prior to her retirement.  She enjoyed visiting the Casino.
