Albert J Wells Sr.

Albert J. Wells Sr of Saginaw passed away unexpectedly on July 3rd, 2018 at the age of 62 years.

Albert was born on January 31, 1956 to James Wells and Clara (Armstead) Hartung, and stepfather Arthur Hartung.  Albert served in the U. S. Army. Albert Married Robin Gerow in 2007 she survives him.  He was employed as a General Laborer in the Sanitation field prior to his retirement do to a disability.

He is also survived by his 11 children, Dorey Fowler, Kris Harrington, Kim (Jeff) Allen, Judith (Jesse) Barrientes, Karen (Adam) Lopez, Albert (Belma) Wells, Stephanie Gerow, Katyln Wells, Arthur Wells, Jennifer Gerow, Tryvon Gerow; 24 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; his sister Thelma Kellogg, 2 brothers, Jerry Wells, Donald Wells; 3 stepbrothers Raymond Hartung, Robert Hartung, and Steve Hartung, 1 stepsister, Marcy Foley.

He was preceded in death by his parents James Wells, Clara Hartung and step-father Arthur Hartung.

Funeral Service will take place on Monday July 9, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave., Saginaw.  Friends may meet with the family at the funeral home for visitation on Monday from 12:00 until time of Service.  Per Albert’s wishes cremation will take place after the service.
