Charlotte (Harris) Gaudreau passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 28, 2017 at the age of 94.  She was born November 21, 1922 in Owosso, Michigan to the late Oushel and Lulu Harris.

She is preceded by her husband Henry Jacob Gaudreau who passed away in 1958 and her daughters- in- law, Thelma Rousseau and Lauretta Johnson.  She leaves her son Henry Gaudreau, Col., USAF (Ret.), daughter-in-law Eva; grandson Thomas; sister Katherine Tait; step-grandchildren Robert Rousseau, William Rousseau and Michelle Dubrelle and numerous nieces and nephews.

Charlotte was a wonderful and devoted mother and grandmother.  She sacrificed greatly for her son and his family, always with a smile and always out of joy.  Numerous times she drove across the country to various Air Force bases to baby-sit and “give you kids a little break”.  She was a loving Aunt looking after her many nieces and nephews, providing a shoulder to cry on, patching their bruises and loved each in their own way.  She trained as a nurse at Saginaw General Hospital after her husband passed and subsequently retired from Travelers Insurance Company.  Charlotte was a devoted member of the Community of Christ Church. 

Funeral Service will be held at the Community of Christ Church, 300 Center Road, Saginaw on Saturday April 01, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Evangelist Bobby Hardin officiating.  Private Interment will take place on Monday at Mount Olivet Cemetery.  Friends may visit with the family on Friday March 31, 2017 at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave, Saginaw from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
