Daniel passed away June 3, 2017 at home, at the age 63 years.  Mr. Coronado was born March 27, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas.  He was employed by General Motors for many years prior to his retirement.  He married the former Nohemi C. Ortiz on June 21, 1996 in Hudsonville, Michigan.

Surviving are his wife , Nohemi Coronado; children, Daniel (Tina) Flores, Francisca (Alex) Flores, Daniella (Marcus) Torrez, Rose Coronado, Jacob (Maria) Coronado, Angela (Nathan) Smith, Christian Coronado, Jonathan Coronado, Felix Coronado, Cristina Coronado, and Juanita Riley; his friends, Lydia Coronado and Sophia Villarreal; 30 grandchildren; his mother, Maria Magdalena Figueroa; siblings, Felipe (Amy) Coronado, Francisca Salazar, Rose Wallace, Ruth (Rolland) Vela, and Betty James; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family also survive.

He was preceded in death by his father, Felipe Salvador Coronado; his step-father, Ralph Figueroa; a brother, George Coronado; brother-in-law, Peter Salazar; a daughter, Veronica Coronado; a nephew, Peter Salazar Jr., and a niece, Ava Coronado.

Funeral Service will take place on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.Thursday at the Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home 403 N. Michigan Ave, Saginaw, interment to follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday at the funeral home from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
