Guadalupe Olgine, age 56 of Saginaw died November 8, 2018 unexpectedly. The son of the former Tiburcio and Katie (Casillas) Olgine, Guadalupe was born January 8, 1962 in Saginaw and was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School. He was employed in the Lab Department at the Hemlock Semi-Conductor for many years prior to his disability. He was former member of Saint Simon and Jude Catholic Church. Guadalupe enjoyed traveling and spending time with his children & grandchildren. He was a magician, having performed at many parties and was an avid Batman fan.
Surviving are 2 children, Dr. Christy (Jeremy) Olgine-Bolt and Guadalupe Olgine Jr.; the mother of his children, Julia Olgine; grandchildren, Marco, Sadira, and Brooklyn Olgine and soon to baby Bolt; brothers and sisters, Lucia (Ricardo) Medina, Tiburcio (Lorelei) Olgine Jr., Amalia (Lauro) Trevino, Peter (Yolanda) Olgine, Theresa (Mike) Farquhason, Thelma (Chip) Topham, Rafael (Wendy) Olgine; and many nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, (St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church) 3680 S. Washington. Friends may visit with the family at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave on Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., prayer service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, visitation will continue at the church on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
