Richard Garcia Jackson a passionate and rare son, father, grandfather and brother passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at the age of 60 years.

He was born on August 1, 1957, the son of Cruz (Garcia) and the late Fernando H. Jackson, in Donna, Texas.  Richard was a unique mechanic and had a passion for cars.  He enjoyed listening to Mexican music, especially by Ramon Ayala and collected Little Homies.  Richard was a very loving father and was a great listener, teacher and advisor to his children.  He also taught them to work on cars.  He was very helpful, generous with his skills as a mechanic and a phenomenal man to all those he loved.

He will be missed by his children, Corey Rosteutcher, Arthur Campbell, Ramon Jackson, Severino Jackson, Lexus Jackson, I’Leianna Jackson, Alisha Wagner and Richard Gomez; 10 grandchildren; his sisters, Rosalinda (Ken) Marlow, Antonia (Sergio) Ali, Sofia Jackson, Lenor (Francisco) Trevino and Andrea (Rafael) Torres; also many special relatives. He was predeceased by the love of his life, Heidi Rosteutcher and his brother, Fernando Jackson Jr.

Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday  at 1:00 P.M. at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave. Saginaw.  Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 p.m. until time of service.    Burial will take place at Buena Vista Township Cemetery following funeral service.
