Angelo Torrez

Angelo Torrez of Saginaw, MI passed away January 7th, 2020 at the age of 57 years.  The son of Jose and Olivia Torrez was born June 5th, 1963 in Saginaw. As a student at Hemlock High School he played football and was also on the wrestling team.  Angelo always loved to put a smile on people’s faces and made friends everywhere he went.  Until his last days he worked at the family business La Familia Take-Out.

Angelo is survived by a partner of 17 years, Stephanie Flores; his mother Olivia Torrez, his father Jose (Stella), Torrez Jr. a sister Christina (Armando) Bermudez, five sons; Jason (Estella) Torrez, Juan (Melissa) Verdusco, Antonio Torrez, Mark Verdusco, and Angelo Verdusco, and ten grandchildren and many special nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.

Preceding him in death his brother, David J. Torrez, and a sister Sabrina M. Torrez.

He will be truly missed by all his customers, family, and friends.

Funeral Service will take place on Friday January 17th, 2020 at 5:30pm Officiated by Rev. Kim Pacheco
