Anthony A. Padilla Sr., age 64 of Midland passed away unexpectedly September 3, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland. Son of the late Louis and Judith Padilla, Anthony was born July 21, 1961, in Saginaw. He was a 1979 graduate of Saginaw Buena Vista High School. He was married to Edith Perez in Saginaw, and she survives him. Anthony was employed by Consumers Power Energy at the Karn-Weadock Power Plant in Essexville as a fuel Handler for 25 years prior to his retirement in 2023.

Anthony was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church in Saginaw. He enjoyed hunting Bigfoot, enjoying cars, and attending antique sales.

He is survived by his wife, Edith, his 3 children, Elisa “Joshua” Grace, Anthony Padilla Jr., and Louis Padilla, 4 grandchildren, Alejandro and Dominic Grace and Kierstin and Britney Padilla, 2 siblings. Cynthia Allen, Steven Padilla, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded by a daughter, Angel Padilla Bell in 2024.
