Cathy M. Bullard, age 72 of Saginaw passed away July 27, 2026, at MyMichigan Health Hospital in Saginaw. Daughter of the later Orville and Charlo Mayhew, Cathy was born January 23, 1954, in Saginaw. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School, the Class of 1972.

Cathy had been married and was blessed with 2 daughters. She was employed by Saginaw Steering Gear prior to her retirement. Cathy enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, cooking, reading and doing crossword puzzles.

Surviving are her 2 daughters, Tracy Bullard and Amanda Bullard.

Cremation has taken place. Interment of her ashes will take place at a later date on her parents’ grave plot in Gould City, Michigan.

Arrangements were entrusted to Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home of Saginaw.
