Charles R. Francis, age 63 of Saginaw passed away December 18, 2022, at Covenant Healthcare Harrison.  Son of the late Kenneth and Charlene (Campbell) Francis, Charles was born June 25, 1959, in Saginaw. He was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School and also attended Ohio Tech University for over 3 years. Charles was married to Brenda Dwyer at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in 1987 in Saginaw and she preceded him in death in 2006.

Charles was employed by Standard Electric Company and retired in 2017. He enjoyed old cars and motorcycles, outdoor activities, crafting and home remodeling.

He is survived by 3 children, Dominique Wasney, Cody (Jannah) Francis, and Tyler Francis; 4 grandchildren, Gabriella, Giana, Guliana, and Grayson Wasney; a brother, Kenneth (Michelle) Francis; 3 sisters, Kathleen Hildebrant, Connie Brandel, and Mary (Bob) Ecker; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, David Francis and 2 brothers-in-law, David Brandel Sr., and Walter Hildebrant.

Memorial Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 28th at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave. in Saginaw. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday December 28th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
