Charlotte E. Martin

Charlotte Edith Martin April 30, 1949 – June 6, 2020 of Vassar Michigan. Beloved sister, and friend passed away peacefully at MediLodge of Lansing on Saturday, June 6, 2020.  She was 71 years old. Charlotte was born April 30, 1949, to the late Elwyn and Marie (Stahl) Martin.

Charlotte graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Library Science. She was a faithful member of St. Francis X. Cabrini Catholic Church where she sang in the choir. Charlotte enjoyed reading, shopping, and collecting antiques. She also treasured and cherished the times she was able to spend with her friends and family.  Charlotte is survived by her sister Janice Hartwig of Berlin, Germany; her niece Christine Hartwig of Berlin, Germany and her nephew Patrick Hartwig of Heidelberg, Germany.

Charlotte will be missed by the many friends she made and helped in her fife.

Funeral Service will take place 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church in Vassar, Michigan with Rev. Fr. Christian Tabares officiating.  Interment at Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Saginaw.  Friends may visit with the family at the church on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Frances X. Cabrini Catholic Church.
