Our mother Concepcion “Connie” Guerrero 83 years old passed away to be with our Lord and Savior on December 24, 2020. Connie was born on February 12, 1937 in Lakeview, Michigan to Jose and Trinidad (Ortiz) Ramirez. She married Jacinto Guerrero on June 19, 1954; Jacinto preceded her in death on June 13, 2008. Connie was a prayer warrior and was of the Baptist Faith. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren and spending time with them. Connie loved collecting jewelry. She taught her children love, discipline, helping each other, forgiveness, and most of all no matter what we are family united for life in Christ. She devoted her life to raising her children.
Surviving are her 3 children, Mary Ann (Paul) Schlaud of Manistee, Christina (Alfredo) Lopez of Saginaw, Art (Sandy) Guerrero of Vassar, Son-in-law Ignacio Rosado; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Jim, Aiden, Alex, Dan, Zeke, and sisters Delores, Virginia, and Linda.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jacinto, her daughter Helen Rosado, brother Chuck Ramirez, grandson Steven James Lown, who is in heaven with mom, and her sisters Ester Guerrero, and Joyce (Modesto) Guerrero.
Memorial Service and burial will take place later at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens and will be announced.
