Denise May Lofaro, age 68 of Saginaw passed away February 7, 2022, at Covenant Healthcare after a brief illness.  Daughter of the late Harold and Mary Ann Hodgins, Denise was born July 1, 1953, in Saginaw. She married David J. Lofaro on August 31, 1972, in Saginaw. She enjoyed preparing family dinners, camping, and spoiling her pets.

Surviving is her husband David, 5 children, Mary Harder, David J. (Simone) Lofaro Jr., Douglas Lofaro, Tracey (John) Ray, and Jonathan Lofaro, 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 4 siblings, Linda (Bob) Camburn, Jeffrey (Annette)Maziarz, Michael (Betty) Hodgins, and Angela Smith.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Terra Bishop.

A Memorial Service will take place this summer at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave., in Saginaw.
