Doris Becker

Doris Becker of Saginaw passed away October 26, 2019 at Covenant Harrison Saginaw at the age of 82 years. Doris was born June 1, 1937 to Charlie and Myrtle (Campbell) Lewis in Clifty, Tennessee.Doris was first married to Richard Simpson and he preceded her in death. She later married Thomas Becker March 14, 1992 in Saginaw. She was employed as nurses aid in home care prior to her retirement. Doris was a former member of Warren Ave. Presbyterian Church.

Doris is survived by her husband Thomas; 1 daughter Lorena Simpson; 3 grandchildren, Armando, Lyle and Emilio (Cynthia) Flores, 4 great grandchildren Emilio Jr., Lorenzo, Lia, Antonio; a special cousin, Butch (Judy) Lewis and several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded by her sisters Betty Winkles, Edna Symons, and Bea Hoard, and 1 brother Mark Lewis.

Memorial Service will take place at New Heart United Methodist Church, 1802 W. Michigan Ave, Saginaw at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday with Pastor Melene Wilsey Officiating.  Friends may visit with the family at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
