Elmer R. Wilson

Elmer R. Wilson, age 85 of Carrollton Township passed February 22, 2018 at Covenant Healthcare.

The son of the former William and Josie (Thompson) Wilson, Elmer was born March 3, 1932 in Saginaw.  He served as a CPL with the United States Army during Korean War.

He was married to the former Kay Sankey in Saginaw and she preceded him in death.  Elmer was employed by Saginaw Steering Gear for over 30 years prior to his retirement.

He is survived by his son, Stephen Wilson of Bay City; and 2 nieces, Dawn Hess and Nadine Trissler.

He was preceded in death by several Brothers and Sisters.

Committal Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Saturday March 3, 2018 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery Chapel.  Full military honors will be accorded by Carrollton V.F.W. Post 1859.  Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home of Saginaw
