Franklin Delano Browning, age 92 of Saginaw passed away March 1, 2025, at Wellsprings Assisted Living Home in Saginaw. Son of the late Fred and Julia (Wallace) Browning, Frank was born November 10, 1932, in Saginaw. He was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School. He was married to Patricia A. Mavis on May 17, 1952, in Saginaw and she preceded him in death on July 17, 2013.
Frank was employed for 38 years at General Motors Malleable Iron Plant as a Products Engineer until his retirement in 1988. Frank also served as a Saginaw Township Firemen for many years. He enjoyed flying model airplanes, camping, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Frank is survived by his daughter Wendy (Scott) Feinauer; daughter-in-law Susan Browning; 4 grandchildren, Jeremy (Susie) Browning, Jennifer (Krushanu) Joseph, Ryan (Danielle) Feinauer, and Aaron Feinauer; great grandchildren, Alexandra and Christine Browning, Madeline and Corin Joseph, Landon, Bennett and Finnegan Feinauer; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife Patricia, Frank was preceded in death by his son, Steve Browning; and by 10 siblings, Esther Larkin, Harold Browning, John Grant Browning, Martha Snow, Eva Bolf, Lois Doran, Fred Browning, Irene Baker, Eleanor Bernadoni Ferrio, and Roy Browning
Funeral Service will take place at 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 7th at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave. in Saginaw with Rev Jerry Larkin officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 5:00 p.m.
