The Lord called Gabryella Benavidez home way too soon on Sunday, August 16, 2020 as a result of a boating accident on the Saginaw River in Essexville, Michigan. Gabryella was born February 2, 1995 in Saginaw.  She attended Old Town Christian Outreach Center.  Gabryella was a free spirit who was loved by many.

Surviving are her children, Genesis and Sonny Lopez Jr; her parents, Heather and Phillip Benavidez; siblings, Phillip (Bronson) Benavidez Jr., Felicia (Scott Cronkright II) Myles, Brittany Myles, Bryanna (Demitric Alvarado) Myles, Alyscia (Marshall Mauro) Benavidez, Salena (Jonathon) Lust, and Vanessa Benavidez; 15 nieces and nephews; and fiancé, Robert Ortega who was recently engaged to Gabryella; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and special friends; and the father of her children, Sonny Lopez.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Geraldine Worrall; 2 uncles, George, and Jamie Worrall; Cousin Dominic Cerda; paternal grandparents, Margaret, and Martin Benavidez; an uncle, Anthony Benavidez; and 2 cousins, Alicia, and Michael Benavidez.

Visitation will take place at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave. in Saginaw on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Funeral Service will be private for immediate family only.

In Accordance with current state mandated restrictions limit on number gathered will be enforced.
