Ida May Hartner

Saginaw, Michigan

 

Ida May Hartner, age 73 of Thomas Township passed away December 12, 2022, at Covenant Healthcare. The daughter of the late John and Mildred (Whitmore) Zabel, Ida May was born May 17, 1949, in Saginaw. She was a 1968 graduate of Hemlock High School. For many years she did domestic housekeeping in the Saginaw area.

Ida May married Elmer Hartner on May 6, 1995, in Frankenmuth and he preceded her in death on July 11, 1996. Mrs. Hartner was a women of faith and belonged to the First Free Methodist Church. She loved to sew and do crafting.

She was preceded in death by her sister Iva Most.

A Memorial Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Wednesday January 11, 2023, at the First Free Methodist Church, 2625 N. Center Road in Saginaw Township with Pastor Jason Evans officiating. Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the church on January 11, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Service.
