Jack M. Suitor

Jack M. Suitor, age 95 of Saginaw passed away May 25, 2021 at Covenant Healthcare. Son of the late Edward and Victoria (Cornell) Suitor, Jack was born June 7, 1925 in Saginaw. Jack was a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran of World War II and held the rank of Corporal and was a tank loader and gunner in the European Theatre of Operations.
Jack was married to Ann Napoltiano on June 28, 1947 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Saginaw and she preceded him in death on October 5, 2005. He was employed by General Motors at Chevrolet Castings Plant and retired in 1992. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. Jack enjoyed watching sports, playing games with the family, and visiting the Casino.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving are 4 children, Suzanne (Bill) Haller, Rick (Nancy) Suitor, R.J. (Connie) Suitor, and Don (Carry) Suitor; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; his goddaughter, MaryAnn Manial; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will take place 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 28th at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Saginaw with Rev. Fr. Richard Bokinskie officiating. Interment will be at St. Andrew Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
Full Military Honors will be accorded by VFW Post 1859.
