James A. Bryant Jr., age 90 of Saginaw passed away February 9, 2021 at McLaren Bay Medical Center in Bay City.  Son of the late James and Lena (Peller) Bryant Sr., James was born June 18, 1930 in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. He moved to Saginaw with his family in the early 1940’s and was a graduate of St. Andrew High School in 1948.  He served 2 years with the U. S. Army during the Korean War.  James was the owner of Olympic Health Studio for many years and later was a foreman in the construction industry prior to his retirement.  He enjoyed wood working and building things for family members.

Surviving are 5 children, Kathy (Joseph Wedding) Bryant, Ann (John) Mannion, Lori (Kenneth) Frey, Steven (Kim) Bryant, and Lynn Bryant; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; his six siblings, Agnes, Barbara, Kenneth, Robert, Elaine, and Nancy; and several nieces and nephews.

No services are planned at this time.

Interment Service will take place at St. Andrew Cemetery at a later date.
