Jimmy F. Pennywell

Jimmy F. Pennywell, age 68 of Saginaw passed away May 27, 2020 at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital after a brief illness.

Jimmy was born October 30, 1951 in Winnfield, Louisiana and moved to Saginaw in 1978. He married the former Cynthia Cook. Jimmy was employed at the Malleable Foundry in Saginaw for 30 years and retired in 2008.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church on Williamson Road.

He is survived by his wife Cynthia; his father, Ellis Pennywell; 1 brother and 3 sisters, Donald
Ray Pennywell, Sharon Pennywell, Veronica Pennywell, and Faye Pennywell; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor J. D. Howell officiating at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave, Saginaw. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday. Jimmy’s final resting place will be in Atlanta, Louisiana.
