Mary K. Doerr passed away December 29, 2016 at Magnum Care of Saginaw at the age of 54 years.  Mary was born December 30, 1961 in Saginaw. She was a 1980 graduate of Eisenhower High School and a 1986 graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education.  Her working career was spent in child education and child care.  She was a member of Old Town Christian Outreach. Mary is survived by 2 children, Peggy A. Buggia and Corey R. Doerr; her mother Jacquelyn Burnett; a grandson, Raymond J. Hesse; 2 brothers, Robert L. Doerr Jr., and Michael T. (Amy) Doerr; her grandfather, Alex Trybulski; aunts and uncles, Georgia (Keith) Lichon, Dean Ludwig, Pauline Murphy, and Janet (Ed) Fulco; and many cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Doerr Sr.; grandparents, Robert E. Doerr, Esther H. Doerr, and Sue Trybulski; and 1 aunt, Mary Ludwig.

A Memorial Service will take place at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Old Town Christian Outreach, 600 Gratiot Road in Saginaw, with Pastor Bill Bodnar officiating. Private burial will take place in the spring at Munro Township Cemetery in Cheboygan County.
