Michelle Lynette McCool-Neff

Michelle Lynette McCool-Neff beloved wife, mother, sister and friend passed away May 26th 2025, with her family by her side. Michelle was the daughter of Douglas J. McCool and Emily K. McCool. She was born on November 18, 1967, in Flint, Michigan. She attended school in Kingston, Michigan, Windom MN, and Worthington MN, where she graduated from High School in 1986. She also graduated from Stewarts School of Hairstyling and later decided she enjoyed restaurant Management. Michelle managed restaurants until her retirement. Michelle was married to Albert W. Neff on July 23, 2005 in Saginaw. She received 2 special gifts, her children Emily Ann Neff-Eastman and James Neff.
Michelle loved to spend her free time with her grandchildren who were the loves of her life. Michelle also enjoyed fishing, going out to eat, and listening to music and lots of dancing!!
She also loved spending time camping at Brown City Missionary Camp with her family. Michelle loved being around children and enjoyed helping Awana and children’s church on Sunday. She attended Grace Baptist Church and had many meaningful friendships with her church family.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Albert W. Neff, a son James Neff, 2 brothers, Scott McCool, Jason McCool, grandchildren, Lexis, Leland, Brianna, Shane, Hayden, and Serenity Eastman, sister in laws Connie Fox, and Kristy McCool, nephew, Ethan McCool, and niece Izzy McCool.
Michelle was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Emily.
Funeral Service will take place Monday June 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Cederberg Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave, Saginaw, Mi with Pastor Tim Miller Officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 a.m. until time of Service at the funeral home.
