Raul Sausedo, age 65 of Bay City passed away August 15, 2022, after an extended illness. The son of the late Luciano and Emilia Sausedo, Raul was born April 30, 1957, in Saginaw. He was employed for over 25 years by the Saginaw County Road Commission and retired in 2013.

He loved fishing, bowling, and spending time with his grandkids. He also helped take care of his disabled brother Mario.

Surviving are 3 children, Christopher (Judy) Sausedo, Marie (Ricky) Pittman, and Rachel (Demetreus) Sausedo; a step-daughter whom he loved as well, Katarina (Kyle) Reed, 6 grandchildren, Micah, Julia, Cameron, Fredrico, Christopher Jr., and Jeremiah; 8 siblings, Martha (Richard) Villareal, Rosa Hubbard, Gloria Olivarez, Juan Sausedo, Joe (Helen) Sausedo, Mario Sausedo, Jesus Sausedo, and Luciano Sausedo; and many nieces and nephews; including Linda Gomez and Raul’s many good friends, including Lonnie, Tony, Rudy, and Jamie.

He was preceded in death by 3 siblings, Julia Cirilo, Mary Sausedo, and Enrique Sausedo.

Memorial Service will take place 3:00 p.m. Monday at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave. in Saginaw with Pastor Bill Bodnar officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m.
