Renee Marie Karas

Renee Marie Karas (61) was born January 13, 1963. Renee lost her fight with cancer on January 10, 2025, at Covenant HealthCare, Saginaw, Michigan. Preceding her in death are her parents, Bonnie Marie Turner and Edward Joseph Karas; and two brothers, Greg Karas and Ed Karas.

Left to cherish Renee's memory are Blake Lauer, her loving companion and sole caretaker throughout her cancer journey; her brother, Kenneth Karas; her three children: Travis Thomas Keith, Pebbles Marie Keith, and Cammerhen Mikell Karas; and her seven grandchildren who adored her immensely: Linkin Casper Pacek, Teagun John Zebashtion Keith, Skylinh Rose Marie Keith, Aspyn Amelia Renee Keith, Eliana Faye Davison, Trighton Thomas Leonardo Keith and Quinzel Renee-Elizabeth Keith.

Renee touched the hearts of all who grew to know her. She was a lively and cheery soul who loved music, dancing, and collecting angel and duck figurines. Renee was filled with joy and spread it to anyone who came into contact with her. Her smile was contagious, and her spirit was bright. Renee was more than a mother, she was a best friend. She shared so much of herself with everyone over the years. To say she will be missed is an understatement.
