Richard A. Tomczak
Saginaw, Michigan
In the crazy town of Saginaw, Michigan, a legend has left his mark. Richard Alan Tomczak, also known as Rick, rode his motorcycle to the great beyond on May 7th, 2023, leaving behind a trail of love and laughter. Born on June 11th, 1958, Rick was a man of many talents, including being the ultimate dad figure to his family, and a BBQ master. He spent his life making cars look brand new as an auto painter at Saginaw Auto Collision. He was a perfectionist who never missed a detail, and he had a talent for turning scrap metal into shiny masterpieces.
Rick's garage was his sanctuary, where he spent hours tinkering with his beloved tools, sipping on his favorite peppermint drink, and indulging in a smoke. He was a man of many interests, including playing fetch with his best friend, Kujo, and grilling up a storm surrounded by his loved ones. His quick wit and easy laughter were his trademark, and he had a heart of gold.
Rick's family, including his siblings Tom, Robert, Cheryl, and Terri Lynn, along with his nieces and nephews, Tommy, Freddy, Kristy, Carrie, and Joey, will miss his presence dearly. His great-nieces and nephews, Thomas, Brianna, Starr, Tristan, Nevaeh, Faith, Ava, Jasmine, and Carter, as well as his great-great-nieces and nephews, Jetson and Baby Chobod, will always remember Uncle Rick's kind soul.
While Rick may have ridden his motorcycle to the other side, his memory will live on through the love he shared and the laughter he brought to those around him. As per his family's request, memorial services will be held at a later date. Until then, let's raise a glass of Rick's favorite drink, and grill up some tasty treats in his honor. Rest in peace, Rick, we'll miss you profusely.
