Robert David Grubaugh, age 48 of Bridgeport passed away Sunday May 21, 2023, at home following and extended illness. Robert was born February 26, 1975, in Saginaw. He was married to Carrie L. Tolfree on September 1, 2001, in Saginaw. Robert was employed as an auto mechanic prior to his illness. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, carpentry, playing guitar, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

He is survived by his wife, Carrie, 2 children, Dylan Howey and Kaytlyn Grubaugh, his father and mother, Scott (Gail) Grubaugh and Lillian Fairchild, 3 grandchildren, Ethan and Koda Howey and Renley Grubaugh, his siblings, Lucas (Melissa) Grubaugh and Katrina (Chase) Smith, his grandmother, Barbara Fairchild, and 4 nieces and nephews also survive.

A Memorial Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 2, 2023, at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral; Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave. in Saginaw. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday June 2nd from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
