Daughter of the late Dominic J. and Geraldine C. Poepping, Sandra was born June 18, 1951, in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin.

She married Raul Hernandez Jr and he survives her.

Committal Service will take place 10:00 a.m. Wednesday September 1, 2021, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Saginaw with entombment to follow.
