Thomas Christopher Rozek, Sr. “Tuba”

Essexville, Michigan

Thomas C. Rozek Sr., age 67, passed away April 20, 2026, at MyMichigan Health in Saginaw. Son of the late Thomas F. and Romaine (Gellisse) Rozek, Tom was born July 20, 1958, in Bay City. He was a graduate of Bay City Central High School.

Tuba was married to Lynn Marie Tuttle on March 13, 1993, in Bay City and she survives him.

Tom was employed by Kokaly Lawn Sprinklers for many years. He enjoyed watching sports, especially the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, and University of Michigan football.

Tuba was blessed with 2 children, Thomas C. (T.J.) Rozek Jr. and his wife Ashley of Munger, and Krislyn Nicole (Ryan) Anderson of Bay City, 4 grandchildren, Baylor and Memphis Rozek, Ayden Anderson and Baby Anderson on the way. Siblings, John Rozek, Dean (Brenda) Rozek, Judy Lijewski, Lyn (Bill) Bli, Vicky (James) Forrester, and Ginger Rozek, Tuba’s father-in-law Larry Tuttle, and many nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Joyce Terrell, Mark Rozek, and Mary Wisniewski, and by his mother-in-law Margaret “Dub” Tuttle.

Upon his death Tuba was a Gift of Life Donor.

No services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral of Saginaw.
