William J. “Bill” Pinkley
Saginaw, Michigan
William J. Pinkley, age 64 of Saginaw, passed away Sunday July 6, 2025, at MyMichigan Health Hospital in Saginaw. Son of the late Robert and Joann Pinkley, William was born January 8, 1961, in Dayton, Ohio. He moved to Saginaw as a child with his parents. He was a 1979 graduate of Eisenhower High School. Bill was married to Sandra Pieszak on May 10, 1985, in Saginaw. He was employed by Kreager Towing, Mackley Towing and Mike’s Towing prior to his retirement. Bill enjoyed drawing, camping up north, fishing, and woodworking that included a playhouse for his granddaughter.
Surviving is his wife, Sandy, children, Matthew Pieszak, Mitchel (Stephanie), Pinkley, Katlin Pinkley, and Tiffany Peters who was a very close family friend who was treated like a daughter to Bill, and many grandchildren. Bill was a very family-oriented person and was considered a father like figure to many and also survived by granddaughter Annabelle Pieszak who referred to Bill as her “Bumpa”.
A Celebration of Life is planned for later this summer in Saginaw. Bill’s interment will be at St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Bay City.
