Zenaida Escobedo, age 91 of Saginaw passed away Friday, October 23, 2020 at home. The former Zenaida Ibarra was born January 21, 1929 in Mexico.  She married Regino Escobedo December 30, 1946 in En Valparaiso, Zacatecas Mexico.  They moved to Saginaw in 2006 from Mexico. She was a member of Mission San Juan.

Surviving are 11 children, Perfecto Escobedo, Marcelino (Victoria) Escobedo, Abelino (Yolanda) Escobedo, Jose (Benita) Escobedo, Regino (Brenda) Escobedo, Filberto Escobedo, Jesus Escobedo,

Constantina (Augustin) Lira, Antonia (Juan) Rodriguez, Lidia Pacheco, Juana Maria (Mario) Montemayor; 40 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will take place 11:00 A.M. at Cederberg-Brietzke Funeral Home, 403 N. Michigan Ave., in Saginaw with her son, Pastor Jose Escobedo officiating. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
